Opt-In Messaging Terms and Conditions
By requesting, joining, agreeing to, signing up for, or otherwise consenting to receive text messages from Dresang for House 35 ("the Campaign," "we," "us," "our") through our messaging platform, you accept these Terms.

By providing your phone number and opting in — whether by text keyword, at your door, at a campaign event, or through our website — you authorize the Campaign to send text messages to that number using automated or non-automated messaging technology, including messages with campaign, advocacy, and fundraising content.
Opting in is not required as a condition of volunteering, donating, attending an event, or engaging with the Campaign in any way.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber to the phone number provided, or the customary user of that number on a family or shared plan, and that you are authorized to consent on its behalf. You consent to the Campaign keeping an electronic record of your opt-in.

In addition to regular campaign messages, you may receive an initial welcome message or other administrative messages, including a request to confirm your opt-in.

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or legal guardian's permission if you are between 13 and 18, to opt in. No one under 13 may opt in to this program.

Occasional requests to support the campaign, including fundraising asks
Message frequency: Message frequency varies, up to approximately 4–8 messages per month, depending on the election calendar.
Message and data rates may apply. You must have a wireless device capable of two-way text messaging on a participating carrier. Not all carriers support all features — check your phone's capabilities. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Campaign may change or end this messaging program, or your participation in it, at any time, with or without notice — including before you've received all messages you otherwise would have. These Terms continue to apply regardless.
How to Opt Out
Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message at any time to opt out.
You'll receive a confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

These are the only recognized ways to opt out. Texting other words, or asking a campaign staffer or volunteer to remove you, is not a reliable way to stop messages — please use one of the keywords above.

These Terms continue to apply even after you opt out.

Privacy- No Third Party Sharing
We collect your phone number only to send you the messages described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to communicate with you about this campaign.

No mobile information will be shared by third parties with us or by us with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with us or by us with any third parties. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
